Painted Pieces In-Progress photos of Model Horses I am customising to sell.

H.W. MYSTA MYSTA - My long coveted "Cisco", an appaloosa resin in traditional scale, sculpted by Brigitte Eberl. I have done him as a bay blanket appaloosa, with roaning and some ticking.... there is still a bit more work to do on him yet.... I want to put more shading in the base colour, and then of course there is the detailing. He will be offered for sale at £200 plus postage, to include his custom carry case.

Below is a list of models I have in stock, and am planning on painting for re-sale. There is no particular order to them, but if there is something that you like, I will move horses "up the list" for a possible sale. When I come to each piece, I will decide the colour, and if I am going to customise them or not, e.g. add new mane and tail, etc If you are unsure of what a horse might look like, and I have not pictured it, take a look at www.equineresindirectory.com

TRADITIONAL Scale resin

- General Holme, sculpted by Gudrun Schmitt, Horsing Around limited edition of 50 pieces. Has had new mane and tail, and I am painting him bay leopard appaloosa. I am painting each spot by hand, with tiny hair mapping. (Prepped by Frances Stevens, of Pugwash Prepping UK)

- Conqueror, sculpted by Gudrun Schmitt, Horsing Around limited edition of 75 pieces. This poor guy has been about 2 years in the making! Customised into a girl, and with head facing forward and neck straight, with new mane and tail. She is going to be a while yet, as am re-sculpting quite a lot of her body too, and her face and giving her new ears..

- RB Romke, sculpted by Renate Van Der Graaf, Horsing Around limited edition of 50 pieces. I started this guy well over a year ago, doing a dappled grey in pastels... is taking ages... thought he could be shown as a Warlander, which is an Andalusian x Friesian. (Prepped by Frances Stevens, of Pugwash Prepping UK)

- Galahad, sculpted by Heike Polster, Horsing Around limited edition of 75 pieces. I have re-sculpted his mane, tail and feathering, in the same style as the original, just with more detail. He will be a bay (roaned) splash pinto.

- Knightly Cadence, phase two, sculpted by Carol Williams, cast by Rio Rondo.

- Matriach, sculpted by Carol Williams, cast by Rio Rondo.

- Intaada, sculpted by Linda York, sold out resin. I am customising this horse with a new mane and tail, and will get a tack set for him by Deb Fritz, as my new English Show/Hunter rider fits him, so he will be a performance set up.

- Kinetic Potential, sculpted by Kristina Lucas-Francis. Warmblood gelding, suitable for dressage performance set up. I have started a traditional scale Dressage rider, using a Peter Stone Palouse CM, so I may wait and sell this horse as a complete set up with tack and rider, in the future.

- Max-a-Million, sculpted by Jennifer Reid.

TRADITIONAL Scale plastic

- Breyer Flash; I would say this is a small traditional/large classic scale horse. I think he was perhaps sculpted to be a pony in comparison to the scale of the standard Breyer Traditionals, but he has more horse-like features than pony like, so, I have decided to customise him, with a new plaited mane and tail, and I will be selling him with a tack set by Deb Fritz, and a English Show/Hunter Rider (painted) as this rider fits him well. He has just had a bit of prepping (these Breyer castings are fantastic!) and I am also going to sculpt him new "horse ears" because he has quite small pony-type ears.  Haven't decided on a colour, but it may be dappled grey.

- Breyer Hanoverian (Pay N Go mould), I have been painting this horse bay tobiano for nearly 2 years now! I will finish him one day... LOL

- Breyer ADIOS Drastic Custom, I have been working on this guy, on and off, for nearly 3 years now. I had re-positioned him to a lazy trot, ideal for western performance. He still needs absolutely tons of work doing to him, so I tend to hide him in a box for a day when I really do have nothing better to do! lol

- Breyer PAM (Proud Arab Mare) Drastic Custom, I am afraid this girl gets the same treatment as Adios! I started them both about 3 years ago when I was really "into" drastic customs and learning about the mechanics of the horse's skeleton. I would love to finish her, but there is just so many hours needing spending on her, it may be a while... sigh.

- Peter Stone PALOUSE custom with lowered head, and plaited mane and tail.

- Breyer Trakehner, one of my favourite Breyers. I have re-sculpted him a new mane and tail (tail still in-progress), after lowering his head/neck. Lots of work to do here still. Prepping him till he is as smooth as a modern resin!

CLASSIC Scale resin

- Drafter/Shire stallion, sculpted by David Mayer, Horsing Around open edition.

- Cooper and Waddie set, sculpted by Sue Sifton, cast by Resins by Randy. Technically, small traditional/large classic scale. I am customising this set as a pair of Polo ponies on the field. They will be sold with tack by Deb Fritz, and one of my standard Polo Rider resins, painted, and one Polo Rider resin that will be uniquely customised and painted.

- Cooper and Waddie set, sculpted by Sue Sifton, cast by Resins by Randy. Technically, small traditional/large classic scale. I am customising this set as a pair of Hunters on the field - they could just be 2 horses going for a ride, if you are not into hunting. They will be sold with tack by Deb Fritz, and 2 resin English Show/Hunting Riders, painted. One may be slightly customised to be unique, possibly to a lady with slight other customisation.

CLASSIC Scale plastic

- Breyer SWAPS with newly sculpted mane and tail, some body parts re-sculpted, and feathering added to the legs.

- Breyer Foal, nearly finished, painted to black tobiano.

- Breyer Ginger, with newly sculpted mane and tail. This guy is undergoing some serious lengthy prepping to get him smooth like modern plastics.

LITTLEBIT Scale resin

- Friesian, sculpted by David Mayer, Horsing Around open edition.

- Shetland Pony Stallion, sculpted by David Mayer, Horsing Around open edition.

- Pony Stallion, sculpted by David Mayer, Horsing Around open edition.

- Welsh Pony, sculpted by David Mayer, Horsing Around open edition.

LITTLEBIT Scale plastic

- Blue Ribbon/Ribband horse, with newly sculpted mane and tail, and facial re-sculpting.

STABLEMATE Scale resin

- FINN, sculpted by Stacey Tumlinson. I have nearly finished this guy - but I want to make him paler, so will be overlaying more white layers, and possibly then adding a few corn spots. I am really pleased with the way his eyes have turned out. He will NOT be offered for sale, I have grown too attached, and have decided to keep him, and show him as an Ardennais Draft.

- Okarnill Wakesha, sculpted by Sue Beard, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces. I have sculpted him a new mane and swishy tail.

- Europa, sculpted by Tina Lamport, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces.

- Galileo (vanner version), sculpted by Tina Lamport, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces.

- Fritz, sculpted by Tina Lamport, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces.

- Challenger, sculpted by Tina Lamport, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces.

- Silkwind, sculpted by Rob Donaldson, Horsing Around limited edition of 50 pieces.

- Draft Horse Foal, sculpted by David Mayer, Horsing Around open edition.

- Shetland Pony, sculpted by David Mayer, Horsing Around open edition.

- Sentinel, sculpted by Stacey Tumlinson, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces.

- Flaxley, sculpted by Stacey Tumlinson, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces. I have started this piece as a bay blanket appaloosa.

- El Mirador, sculpted by Tina Lamport, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces.

- Dust Devil, sculpted by Kristina Lucas-Francis, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces.

- El Fantasma, sculpted by Tina Lamport, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces.

- D's Twisted Sister, sculpted by DeeAnn Kjelshus, Horsing Around edition of 125 pieces.

- Maud'dib, sculpted by Vanessa Crawly, Horsing Around sold out resin.

- Bronte, sculpted by D'arry Jone Frank, sold out. I have sculpted a new mane and tail for this girl.

- Sugar N Spice, sculpted by Donna Chaney, Animal Artistry resin. I have sculpted a new, long windswept mane and tail for this horse.

- Venus and Cupid, sculpted by Donna Chaney, Animal Artistry resin Arabian mare and foal. This pair both took a tumble when I was priming them, so I need to repair and re-sculpt legs and ears. Sigh.

- Friesian Stallion, sculpted by Donna Chaney, Animal Artistry resin - sold out? Was a bad second, so undergoing serious repairs and minor re-sculpting.

- Paisley, sculpted by Deborah McDermott, sold out resin performance Arabian mare.

- Hadrian, sculpted by Sarah Rose (sold out?)

- Libretto, sculpted by Sarah Rose (sold out?)

- Poquito, sculpted by Sarah Rose (sold out?)

- Oberon (hairy), sculpted by Sarah Rose (sold out?)

- Cheveyo, sculpted by Sarah Rose (sold out?)

- ARC mini Foal resin, sculpted by??

- Ziryab, mini scale resin, sculpted by Stacey Tumlinson

- Caelius, sculpted by Sue Sifton. Going to give this horse a new mane and tail I think...

- Finnegan, sculpted by Stacey Tumlinson

- Bisley, sculpted by Pamela DeMuth

- Optime, a stablemate scale version of the originally traditional scale Arabian stallion, sculpted by Karen Gerhardt. I started work on this guy late 2005, and will finish him one day! As you can see, I have used his original tail to give him a custom tail, and have straightened his neck, and am giving him a new mane. I am considering a palomino blanket appaloosa pattern as he could be shown as an Ara-Loosa. Photos are before, and in-progress.

STABLEMATE Scale plastic

- Old Mould Drafter, with newly sculpted mane and tail, and feathering to the legs. Am currently pastelling him to a dappled grulla pinto.

- Collection of Breyer Stablemates in a Box. I also customised the box. I want to get Breyer to make this set, in a limited edition, to raise money for the I.L.P.H. All of the horses are black and white patterns. They are nearly finished.
